For years it took me three hours to fall asleep. Now it only takes 30 minutes.
My stress is much lower now that I’m sleeping better.
I couldn't shutdown for the night so I generally went to bed between 1:15-2:30 am.
Within seven days of being in Sleep Tribe I went to bed before 11pm every night.
My challenges were falling asleep, staying asleep, waking up tired, having to take sleep meds.
Since being in Sleep Tribe, I fall asleep easier and stay asleep most nights.
It's great to actually talk with others about sleep and figure this out together.
Accountability/discussion does something that personal self growth challenges can't.
I thoroughly appreciate the opportunities and improvements the program has made to my life in such a short timeframe.
